Launching BizBrew: An All-in-One Platform for Service Businesses

We built BizBrew because we were tired of watching service businesses struggle with software that was never designed for them. The tools were either too simple, too expensive, or too generic. And the ones that worked well for one part of the business left everything else in spreadsheets and sticky notes.

Today we are officially launching BizBrew, and we want to share the story of why we started and what we are building.

The Problem We Kept Seeing

Every service business we talked to -- cafes, gyms, salons, tutors, event venues -- had the same complaint. They were using five, six, sometimes ten different tools to manage their operations. One app for bookings. Another for payments. A spreadsheet for inventory. A messaging app for staff communication. A notebook for client preferences.

The result was chaos. Data lived in silos. Nothing was connected. Staff spent more time managing software than serving customers. And the business owner had no clear picture of how things were actually going.

Our Vision

What We Built

BizBrew is a white-label, multi-tenant SaaS platform with over 25 feature modules. When you sign up and select your business type, the platform pre-configures itself with the modules, widgets, navigation, and terminology that match your industry. Here is what is included:

Everything runs on a modern stack: Next.js for the frontend, Supabase with PostgreSQL for the database, row-level security for data isolation, and Stripe for payments.
