How does the Kitchen Display System work?
Orders placed at the POS or via tableside ordering are sent instantly to the KDS. Stations can be configured (e.g., grill, cold, dessert), and the expeditor screen shows all in-flight orders at once.
How is tip pooling calculated?
Configure your tip distribution rules (by role, hours worked, or percentage) and BizBrew automatically calculates each team member's share at the end of each shift.
How does QR table ordering work?
Each table gets a unique QR code that you print and place on the table. Diners scan it with their phone camera, which opens your full menu in the browser — no app download needed. They add items to their order and submit. Orders appear immediately in the KDS and POS.
How does cash register management work?
At the start of each shift, set your opening float. Throughout the day BizBrew tracks all cash transactions. At end-of-day, the system produces a till reconciliation report showing expected cash, counted cash, and any variance. All discrepancies are flagged for review.
